Healthy Stoners Thread
Hey BB,
I wanted to first chime in and say that the latest episodes have offered a huge helping of laughter, entertainment and company during what otherwise were nose to the grindstone void of fun sucky weeks so a big thanks to you and yours that pull it off!
One of the things I have been doing with reasonable success putting better habits into the eating / physical activity side of life.
I can't imagine that there aren't others who have wanted to feel better, drop some weight etc... I also thought that you had mentioned that you were a bit of a healthy stoner success story so I'm looking for tips and stories from your other listeners to go through it with.
So.. Tips anyone? I have noticed that swearing off beer and having wine not only reminds me to watch how many but keeps the calories down. I've made myself walk the dogs too which has helped.
