you know what thanksgiving having been gone (yet next weekend I will be having dinner)

and it reminds me of how thankful I am. I give thanks that I can smoke weed on the street and not be bothered. I'm thankful that others have joined me and almost everyday I bump into someone toking up at the train station.

I'm thankful I have access to quality weed at a somewhat afordable price.

I'm thankful I have tollerant family.

so what do you have to be thankful for?

We don't have thanksgiving here, but I did recently have a small period of 'giving thanks' after attending the funeral for a friend from my kickboxing gym who committed suicide at the young age of 26....and I thought to myself:

I'm thankful to be able to experience life with both it's up's and down's
I'm thankful to live on the beautiful continent of Australia
I'm thankful to have the peepz of the Dopefiend network around me
I'm thankful to have a job and be happy with it
I'm thankful to be surrounded by such good friends and work colleagues
I'm thankful to be able to have clean water, nutritious food and clean clothes
I'm thankful to have not only a roof over my head, but also doors and windows - true, my family in Indonesia don't really have either of the above!
I'm thankful for the internet!

Great thread for some reflection :)

I am thankful dor dopefiend.co.uk and all of it's spectacular pod casts. I am also thankful that America has a chance of a great president that will help us with our Pro-Pot stance, Ron Paul!

If Ron Paul wins election AND legalises cannabis across America i would give up vaporising immediately. Yes that's how fucking likely that is to happen.

Lighting up a Thanksgiving (a US holiday dating back to the pilgrim days) sativa breakfast and came back to this post and realized, that I am Thankful for the Dopefiend.co.uk podcast network, and I use the word network to the fullest extent of of the term including you truly beautiful people. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! ;)

After reading this I was wondering what some of us on are thankful for?

I'm thankful for Oldbay, who not only inspired this topic, but always makes me smile because when I see his name I think, Hey, his name is one letter off from that movie that I love, Old Boy. Man, Old Boy was one fuc--sorry, got distracted.

I'm thankful for all of the wonderful people that I've met on these forums and in the skype chat room.

I'm thankful that there are so many wonderful podcasters who are willing to share their time and energy to come up with entertaining shows for all of the various interests that we have.

I'm thankful for weed.

The list goes on, but I don't want to take all the good ones.

There are many things I am thankful for (didn't we already have a thread identical to this?) but one thing that comes to the forefront of my mind with respect to TGR forums is that I am very thankful for Xochipilli2012's thought-provoking replies and input into the various threads and discussions around here.

Thanks Xochipilli

I second that motion! I think several of us see a kindred spirit in Xochipilli, as well as many of the other TGR contributors and especially the DFN hosts.

Of course, I am thankful for my wife, my daughter, my son, and that I have been as fortunate as I have been throughout my life (things could always be worse.) ;)
