You chooglers out there no i am pretty random about putting out shows ... nothing for 3 months then 3 in a week, then rotating wednesdays and fullmoons ... This summer though, i basically put the recorder on hiatus to edit up the backlog of misadventures, missives and spiels i;ve gathered over the past year. I like curing the content for extra flavor (and to figure out how to best edit the story) but figured if i wait tooooo long the shows will get musty smelling.

So, since returning from my visit with Dopefiend at the Dopeden, ... I've edited up a storm here in the studio in North Vancouver huddled amongst trees and Mosquito creek, brewing up shows from London, San Jose, Vancouver Island, New York City and my front porch.

Here's a sampler to get ya subscribed via Choogle on Weed feed (http://feeds.feedburner.com/choogleonwithuncleweed), iTunes (http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=82260660), or via the Choogle on blog (http://uncleweed.wordpress.com/).

Coming up shows include:

2-part Interview with Kenyon Gibson, author of Hemp for Victory
Another Interview with teenage rock savants The Numbskulz
More on logging, water shortages and fish farming in Clayoquot Sound (multi-parter)
Japan Flashback and travel discourse (next up)
A trip to the Richmond Asian Night Market
Hemp soda at the EPiC eco-fair with taste testing
Testing my beautiful Purple Kush plant (featured in the Micro Grow Time show)
plus ... a massive montage show to use up all the bits which don't fit, didn't get finished, got lost, too nutty or incriminating - including more of the infamous Poutine Lady

Thought you'd like to know ... any prefs on which come out next?

The chat with Kenyon was great and his Hemp for Victory book is outstanding. I am thrilled to be a part of it and the interview will be spread great knowledge to the people. I cut the hour+ long talk into two parts and just need to tune it up a bit and add a brief musical interlude.

I listened back to the Purple Kush testing recordings (a series of tests during curing) and they are absurd. In one segment i am just back from the dentist and getting vape'd on the porch and rambling on - ugly behaviour. Sounds like a good episode fersure eh.

Always have enjoyed these podcasts man, make me a wee bit home sick everytime I listen. Also, for those that enjoy this podcast you can follow a trail of many others that he puts out, helps put out, or just has guest appearences on.
Right now listening to Clubside Breakfast Time w/ Cosmo G Spacely, also listen to the Canucks Outsider, the Crazy Canucks and Postcards from Gravelly Beach.

You gonna make 4/20 this next year?

Uncle Weed! I must say that your podcasts have been the thread holding my brain together during these last few months at a concervative christian college. Let's just say they are fully against my sacred sacrement of choice. I have been spreading around basic truths about marijuana and holding private discussions with said concervatives, and I've actually turned peoples ideas around. I do not use any form of peer pressure because that's not what I believe we as pot smokers are about (community and such). Keep on chooglin'

Nice work LenDog, your tracked almost all of them down. There are a few other out there though ... I just finished up a series about peace and war on the Postcards from Gravelly Beach channel which you poetry and public policy enthusiast may enjoy.

As for 4/20 in A.dam, i just might make that happen for '08 - somebody has to judge all that weed! Takes a true professional to do it right ;-{__~~

I've really enjoyed your bits-and-pieces shows, Uncle Weed. The short ones are nice bits of fun, and the longer ones allow one more time to unwind with the 'ole Uncle.

Thanks!
