hey all....real quick question...im in new england here and i have a plant or two and im in the final flush mode....i have only been giving them a light mollasses water feed....theyve been off fox farm big grow scince sept 12th...only water and mollases water every other watering....well now the big huge hand size fan leaves are turning purple...the others are fine...is this cause of the plant using up its nutrients...or the cold...weve been getting down into the low 40s....im using microscope and have solid milky cloudy trichromes but theyve yet to turn amberish...does the plant need one last hurah of nutes or is everything going according to plan?
any help would be bonus

Cold cold cold.
Like trees turning in the fall, MJ plants will get beautiful colors when it gets cold.

hey guys. my $.03 worth: it's a little of both. the flushing causes deficiency, so that could attribute to the colors also. Even when it is warm during final flush phase the leaves will get purple.

I like purple leaves. Not much help to you (sorry), but what everyone else said covers it. Different strains turn colors at different temps, or are naturally inclined to nute deficiencies that turn them. I'm a sceptic and think it just means there is a afghani in the wood pile.

How cold is it getting at night?
I assume you are still growing outdoors?
