I've used the Amsterdam Coffeeshop Directory http://www.coffeeshop.freeuk.com/index.htm for years but just joined the forum over there, and while it seems pretty specific to coffeeshops in Amsterdam, there's a lot of pretty knowledgeable folks and the vibe seems to be pretty cool and respectful.
