My question:
If i want to take cuttings from an outdoor plant and bring it into my indoor grow, what products should I use to treat them so as not to infest my current grow? Is this a good idea or should I just start from seed again?

Interesting question??

First, check with your pocket microscope the underside of the leaf and see of there are any pests present, then check the top of the leaf.

We are not talking about a large section, it's just a clone and they only average 4-6" anyway. If you find no pests then you don't have a problem. Cut them, dip them in some Anti-Wilt and clone as normal with hormone powder or clone gel.

If you do have pests, then treat them ASAP once the area is clean, take your cutting, wash them 100% with good water then rinse. Check them each by hand and once they pass inspection then dip them in Anti-Wilt and go from there.

Peace

I learned this the hard way... once you get spider mite you've got a real battle on your hands. I'd dunk them just to be on the safe side.
