What can I say, keep it up Z. ;)
The thought of McCain holding the most powerful job on the planet, with Sarah Palin being a heartbeat away from it, sends shivers down my spine.

Oh btw Z, Chavez is the elected president of Venezuelan and has accused the Bush administration of trying to overthrow Evo Morales of Bolivia, an another elected leader. :)
Why you describe Bush as a "Communist" evades me, particularly as he's a declared neo-con?
The Chinese people have a lot to give to the world. Why the hostility?

Chavez is a thorn in these guys' side because not only does he have his own oil, he also has paid off all of the international banks that are used to "buy out" entire countries(like the Fed and US) through debt. I don't like his politics, but I like his rebel stance against the "globalists".
China, well, what can you say about China? I also despise their politics, especially their censorship and, oh, they're destruction of Tibet! But, we're intertwined with China by the fucking economic umbilical, so there's that to consider. Bomb Walmart and China will be storming our shores. . .
It's hard to discuss politics and not cross somebody's line. I skirt issues on our show, but it's tough ground if you want people to keep listening.

It's well worth heading over to democracynow.com and listening to the interview with Evo, he has a big heart, very rare in politics.

It's easy if you look up definition of socialism and Communism then you will notice a pattern of the Bush administration, but rather then use that believe for the people he has transformed the ideology toward Corporate interest and control. He has transformed the government into his personal thug squad to say it simply.
The Chinese people have given us poison for our pets? Poison for our children's baby food, led in children's toys, poison in children's candy, virus and spy ware inside of software like digital picture frames, MP3 players ECT.
If that is what they have to offer...I say NO THANKS!!
American jobs have been sent to Communist China by American Corporations under Bush because labor cost is cheaper. Communist China still uses slave labor supported by the Communist Government. They even kill their own people for the sake of money!
What about the inhuman treatment of their own people?
They were detained and placed in Reeducation camps for protesting of their homes stolen by the Government!
They applied for permits to protest but were arrested for even asking???
You may not remember the image of that student being ran over by a tank but I have not!!
The people are still responsible for their leaders too, why do you think so many people HATE AMERICANS? Traveling under an American passport is dangerous and even our own Government says to NOT ware anything that can let others know you are an American.
This and so many other reason's is why I protest our own government everyday!!
This is why I am so passionate in my protests. I know better, I know our Government is corrupt. I will be doing another show segment on the US constitution soon too and why we should "shake the tree of liberty", it's our duty as Americans!
Chavez used voting machines made by an American company he owns controlling interest in that have been proven to be rigged!!
Chavez is not a dictator himself. He nationalized almost every industry to consolidate his power. He has suspended most if not all of his own country constitution to hold on to and even expand his power.
I can go on, but I don't think I need to, I have made my point.
Peace

I guess I like to think that elected leaders will do the right thing for the people because it's the right thing to do.
The needs of the many out weigh the needs of the few.
I do my best to raise questions, make people think for themselves.
I always say, don't agree with me just because...make up your own mind and do your own research.

Corporatism was introduced by Mussolini, a fascist.
I'm no defender of the Chinese regime, in fact I was protesting against it during their onslaught in Tienanmen Square some years back, but the Chinese people has more to offer than poison. You'll find that some of the companies that produce these goods are in fact not Chinese owned companies at all.
American and European multi-nationals are not entirely innocent in producing dodgy products to sell to people and some also doing very nicely making profits from slave labour throughout developing nations.
I also understand that America has two million people locked up in it's prison system with a number, some innocent, languishing on death row
Are you saying that the elections in Venezuela were rigged because they used the same voting machines as the US Zandor? May I say that is a daft argument. Also, there is absolutely no evidence of any "vote rigging". Do you not think that Bush would have jumped on any voting irregularities and displayed it to the world if this was so?
Anyway, I see you've backpeddled somewhat on your initial claim that Chavez is a dictator.
However, it's correct to say that he took some industries (oil) into nationalisation and away from the oligarchs, but this was to assist the poor by using revenues to fund literacy programmes and deal with poverty. I see Bush is nationalising some banks at the moment for entirely different reasons.
I can't speak for many people, as you seem to do, but those I know don't "hate" the American people as such, they just despise Bush and the rest of the warmongers.

YES Chavez used voting machines made by the Sequoia voting machine company. They were the same machines used in Ohio, New Mexico and several other parts of the US. Those machines in Ohio had their hard drives cleared by the Republican voter registrar's office right after the election. NOBODY was allowed to examined the Hard Drives or even the machines. Some of the machines were examined by a few people from the Kerry campaign and they found that when you voted for Bush 2 votes were registered not just one. By the time they got the attention of lawyers the machines were picked up and taken away never to be found again.
so does that sound like a fair election?
Later on when Chavez nationalized his country's media, gas & oil industry he purchased a majority interest in Sequoia with the approval of the Bush Administration.
The same company supplied the voting machines to Venezuela for their election and behold Chavez won by a ton???
Chavez is a DICTATOR in the same way that Castro is a Dictator. Even if you put lipstick on a pig...you still have a pig in the end.
Bush did NOT jump on voting problems because he won and I think his campaign set them up in the first place.
When he took the Gas and Oil industry a large chunk of money went to fund the rebel drug cartel backed army too. Now there is border wars with WHO???? What Country???
As for those companies in China making crap products, sure some of them are even American owned but the majority I keep readying about every day are Chinese owned companies in the smaller towns or providences. They have little over site and corrupt officials there as well.
The poisoned powered milk products are only the most recent to make the news. How many don't make the news I wonder.
I guess with my math back ground I see patterns and I don't like the patterns I am seeing in America.
TRUE: I think we have the largest prison population in the world. Why do you think I and people like me FIGHT the system everyday?
I just call it like it is and tell it the way I see it. My problem is that I am a news junkie and watch news on average about 8 hours a day or more, everyday.
Thanks for disagreeing with me, I respect your opinion even though I may not agree with it I still respect it and you for voicing your opinion.
Have a great day

Zandor, it looks as though you missed this in one of your marathon news sessions. :D
Venezuela elects on a national level a head of state – a president – and a unicameral federal legislature. The President of Venezuela is elected for a six-year term by the people, and is eligible for re-election. The National Assembly (Asamblea Nacional) has 165 members (diputados), elected for five-year terms.
Venezuela has a multi-party system, with numerous parties.
How then does this chime with your claim that Chavez is a "dictator" then, particularly when Chavez has won the popular vote eleven times now?
Castro will die in power. Take my word for it, you will not see that situation happening with Chavez, unless the CIA get to him first that is. :D
I too respect your opinion, although in this case I think you are wrong.
Btw Zandor, have you any evidence for your claim that when Chavez took control of the Gas and Oil industry "...a large chunk of money went to fund the rebel drug cartel backed army"?
On the contaminated milk situation? I hear that four children have died and over 6,000 are sick after drinking contaminated milk in Hong Kong. Global food and drinks manufacturer Nestle has rejected a Hong Kong newspaper's report that its milk products contained dangerous chemicals.
The move followed a report by the country's Apple Daily newspaper which claimed the presence of melamine, which can cause kidney problems, in the product manufactured by the multinational firm. Nestle's products were withdrawn from the shelves of two Hong Kong supermarkets upon the news.
I bet Nestle produce more milk than most including the "Chinese owned companies in the smaller towns or providences" that you mention? Although, it is reported that three Chinese companies have been named by the government as being responsible for adding chemicals to milk in order to pass quality control tests.

I'm waiting for my abstentee ballot to show up!
Also, for the Americans out there, I think that this election feels like NCAA final four. Places that never normally play or talk about politics or economy now seem to care for a small amount of time.
