Hey all! I checked my cakes this morning and I have several beautiful pins on two of them! I started out with 8 cakes but lost some to contam.
The pins are all at the bottom on both cakes, no idea why and wondering why they have started before the others.
The two with pins I did the dunk and roll technique on the others went straight from jar to tub.
Well just wanted to share my good news.

I have harvested two crops from my two cakes so far. Got good pics. Not much computer access because of hurricane IKe. Being forced out of my home tomorrow becasue it has been declared a disaster zone. Using neighbors computer right now...they have a generator for power.

So when I get a chance I will post more.
