The show has been uploaded for DF so it should be on iTunes in about a day or two. Sorry it's late my 77 year old mother had a fall and we ended up leaving before I could upload the show.

We hope you enjoy it, we did. :)

Peace

This week Dopefiend.co.uk's Grow Guru Zandor celebrates one year of weekly podcast, (and it only took 15 and a half months!) Join Zandor & Mrs.Z with another relaxed, chilled show with a few funny twists that will get you laughing for sure. Our grow topic for this week is mothers: how to choose, how to grow & how to keep mothers for the long haul. You can keep them in a custom closet or in the corner of your room. Mrs. Z brings you a weeks worth of news and information and Zandor leaves everyone a present to celebrate October in the US. She lost 3 teeth, can't open one eye and is bruised and black and blue over 1/2 of her upper body.

It will take a while for her to recover at her age. We have doctor appointments with her all week (if she is able). I guess she fell into the Koi pond and almost drowned too. We were not there but she lives with my older sister in a very large house. She pulled her up and out of the water so it was close, but she will be fine in time.

We still can't get her to use a cane. I think her vanity will be her undoing she will not listen to anyone. Says it makes her look old!

Thanks for asking all.

Wow, Z's! So sorry to read about your Mother. :( Best to her and a speedy recovery for sure. I don't know man, cane's are very cool and distinguished when used with confidence and grace. I'm pretty sure I've seen the QoE use a cane.

Great show ya'll and happy 52nd! Keep em coming...many are grateful for the great work you both do!

Peace,

Steel

Hey Z Fam,
Just listened to the show today (yeah I know, but I like to listen to it on my commute so I am not interrupted or have a lot of commotion around so I save it)

I'm with tink and I prefer the "natural" editing process as I almost feel like it is a two way conversation when I listen. Mistakes and laughter must make me laugh too.

Home your Mom is Ok, but I hope your sister is OK too, that could not have been an easy thing for her.

As far as a feed back question on the show, do you have any opinion or advise on the care for the "bonsai" moms that I have seen kept small in like a 4" pot. I don't know a lot of folks that can keep a 400 watt light and grow space for one mom plant, or would at least like to keep a variety.

Well lots of people keep mothers in a closet or in a photon-type of grow cab or system. They have good light coverage and are easy to build for your self just using plywood or a pre built cab and hanging your 48" lights vertical and then a top light of CFL.

That is not to bad on heat and the cost of power, if you use a light cycle of 20 on 4 off you will keep her in the mother state with no problem. Most just use 24/7 for the light cycle but you don't need to do that 20/4 is fine. 18/6 can still produce pre-flowers in many strains as they age, mother nature will take over so that is why I say 20/4 or 24/0.
