Wow, really? These seem very very affordable as compared to some of the others I have found in my searches. So, these will do the trick eh? Has anyone else tried these bags? Do they have the screen only at the bottom or is it the whole bag because it looks like the whole bag to me. Is that a problem at all? Can't really see it being too much of a problem especially for 60 bux. Damn, if you back these 100% I'll be ordering them tomorrow. Have any pics of the end result from these bags? The bags are not made for this but they work great. They are full screen so it is best if you don't do the mixing inside the bag....that way you don't damage the bag. Mix in a 5G pail...then pour into a rig like this with the filter bags and a coffee can.

I paid more then that for my 6 bag kit, but I loaned it to someone and never got it back. So another 300 bucks lost I guess, but I love bubble hash my self.

So, would you guys suggest going with a bag set like the 60 kind or the name brand bubblebag bags? I think I may go with the name brand only because it looks like your setup has a little more added to it than if I were to buy the bags that are meant for this process. I cannot wait for my first batch. I'll post pics too. I was recently at a Harvest Festival it was a benefit fest for NORML. I bought this DVD and it has a guy in Jamaica giving you a step by step on the process. I would love to get this DVD out to you guys. Especially since I paid 30 bux for it and want others to get my moneys worth out of it! Is there any way to post it here for others to download? It is one hour and six minutes long. It is very informative. It takes you through the step by step process all the way to the end product. I could convert it down to a more manageable .avi file if there is a way to post it here. Someone who knows please let me know. By the way this is not a video that you would find on the shelves at your local headshop. It is more of a personal video converted to DVD by the members of the Woodstock Museum. In the video the man uses a set of name brand BubbleBags and I'm thinking these are the ones I'll go with. I found them on ebay for 150 bux. Later for now.

Did you know that you can make small amounts of hash using a mason jar and ice water?

First you dry the weed out and crumble it. Put it in a jar and into the freezer overnight. Next day put a few tablespoons (4) into a quart mason jar and fill the jar 3/4 with ice cold water. Put the lid on the jar and shake the jar hard for 2 min. Set the jar down and let it settle. The tricombs will sink to the bottom. Scoop out the leafage that floats to the top then pour the water, with the tricombs, through a coffee filter. Scrape the tricombs up into a pile and press out the exess water using the coffee filter or put them into the palm of your hand and hand press it into a chunk. Let dry and smoke.

I use 4 tablespoons per and get maybe a gram. How much you get out of it depends on what you use. Different types have different amounts of thc. I use fresh dried and cured buds.

I consider it a waste of good bud - but every now and then enjoy the taste of a little hash.

i have a the 5 gallon 8 bag kit. Bubble bags work well but you have to make sure you take care of them. Bubbleman has a nice forum with a bunch of info. I like having all the different grades of trichs. I would rather give money to bubbleman as he gives a discount to med patients and is somewhat accessible.

Cut the dvd into peices put it on utube then give us a link.

Yeah, I might give that a go, for just like you said, a bit of a change. So you don't have a problem with all the trics getting caught in the coffee filter or do you just scrape some of that in it all?

as well as just a change its a good tip for non growers that dont have as much weed and dont want to start spending lots of money on bags etc when there not going to get used much
