Hey everyone!

I need some advice! I have 14 grams of "Amazonion" shrooms I got from an online provider 21 months ago. They are still in the plastic baggie they came in, but I've kept them in a thermos, which usually would have coffee or soup in it, as it is dry and dark. I would like to finally try some, but not sure if they are still safe. I have no idea how all this works. They came dried, so I'm assuming yes.

Do mushrooms go bad?

Any advice would be great as I would like to try them tonight or tomorrow night if possible over the long weekend! :)

Thanks,

if they've been kept dry and dark they should be fine: see if there's any new mould or fungus growing on it, this should be pretty easy to see as the dried mushroom will just be very dry and powdery. If it's clean, it should be cool.

I don't know how long they hold, but let me know how they are. The mushrooms people were taking in Iquitos seemed to be very very mild. Ajax was there and he told me that mushrooms in tropical climates aren't as potent as temperate zone mushrooms like semilanceata, which are tiny but mighty.
