In this two-part video, recorded at the International Transpersonal Conference in June 1992, Terence has a series of very interesting conversations with Ram Dass, Angeles Arrien, Rupert Sheldrake, Alexander Shulgin, David Whyte, Ken Ring, and Jill Purce.
I had wanted to see this video since hearing about it several years ago and finally found it while poking around on Google Video.
As an added bonus this series is a tour of many of Prague's most beautiful places, including the Botanical Gardens.

Thanks for the link and welcome to the forums...I still relatively new to much of McKenna's material so this link is a good place to start. Plus, I was thinking of visiting Prague for the first time next year en route to Dopestock 08!

Thanks for posting the links,
I only saw a clip of this video before, the part with the woman chanting. The rest of it was really interesting. Especially the part where Rupert and Mckenna are in the natural history museum. I think Rupert Sheldrake had a hard time dealing with the sort of walking interview thing, if you know what I mean. He kept repeating himself. I watched this video with someone who had no previous exposure to Sheldrake's ideas and I found that I had to keep stopping the video and filling in the gaps to reassure her what Sheldrake's theories are all about. Don't think they came off well in this Video.
Anyway, enjoyed the video.
Shout out to Lorenzo, and the community.
Peace

Thanks for the link. I've got an old VHS tape of part of those conversations, but these links are much better. . . . Interesting stuff.
A few years after that, in a workshop I attended, I was blown away when Terence spoke about that meeting and said something to the effect that he was amused at Ram Das because he told Terence that he'd figured out the answers to all and everything (or something like that). . . . Having met Ram Das, I don't share that opinion, but it was interesting to hear Terence's take on him.

In a word, delightful. It was after his stroke, and he had recovered his speech but was in a wheel chair. We met at a little fund-raiser Laura Huxley invited my wife and I too (even though she knew we had no money to donate :) ). While everyone else was grazing at the food table, I had him all to myself, and we had a nice little chat. (But I was so taken with being alone with him that I can no longer remember what we talked about!)
For me, the highlight of the event was when some musicians played for them, and Laura Huxley and Ram Das danced. Yup, him in his chair and Laura (who was over 90 at the time) glided and twirled around the stage, giving us all a very happy memory to witness these two wonderful souls having a moment of pure joy. It was one of those moments one will never forget. . . . and thanks for asking. That's the first time I've ever told that story.

He seems taken with the Bohemian connection I think:) Compared to the US, where he grew up, Prague is a cultural paradise. It looks like a beautiful city, such rich history... I'd love to go there. The architecture is amazing.
