Hey Everybody,

You know that, following Lorenzo, I put out the C-Realm Podcast under a Creative Commons license, and I encourage my listeners to use C-Realm material in their own projects. Until recently, I saw no evidence that anyone had taken advantage of that opportunity. Well, that's changed. Two C-Realm guests have used portions of their C-Realm interview in posts to Google Video and YouTube.

Check 'em out:

I know that this was built for just c-realm videos, but this video seems quite important (even though it is a flashy ad for a book) Check it out.

What I meant to say was that maybe the ideas were important. This ties in great with that book KMO is always talking about, Deep Economies. Perhaps, one of the "changes" implemented or naturally occurring after a cultural shock was greater personal alienation. Here in my area, there is little sense of community. Home Owner's Association, yes. Feelings of neighborly support or community, no. Even our I-pods seeming to be reinforcing that trend. My college campus used to be filled with groups of people who communicate with one another. Now it is a bunch of individuals lost in their ipods or on their cell phones. And they all look bored.
