Anyone ever use it? Also I searched around for a bit and could not find any good studies on it. I know a good study probably does not exist but it's kind of "cutting edge" in a crude way... ya never know

Any info is appreciated

Peace

i have the vaporgenie. It actually works quite well, you just have to get the hang of it first. The bowl is a bit small for me cuz it takes me like 4 bowls to get me completely ripped (i dont think i have a strong tolerance: started smoking like 2 months ago). Its very portable, but you have to carry more weed than can fit inside the bowl. Its really good for clandestine personal use (i use it in the dorms and nobodys the wiser), but it does not work well in social situations. It opened my eyes to vaporizing, and i think i will eventually purchase a silver surfer, but it definitely is an inexpensive way to vape.

I have one. for a personal unit yea. I don't know about you keplin but when I put my cannabis into my vapor genie one bowl does me just fine and I toke daily.

Like keplin said once you get the hang of it, it is a very effective vaporizor. just follow the instructions and you'll be fine. unlike other vaporizors though the vapor is very hot.

Ironicly the vapor genie was my first vaporizor like a month later I got a herbal aire and now my vapor genie just gathers dust. I mostly use it now for kief and unpressed hash.

Yeah i mispoke when i said one bowl is not enough... I met someone else who has one and i was really underfilling the bowl. I shared a bowl with him and i was completely gone like never before.

Buy a Volcano!! Have you ever bought shitty sunglasses? The kind you don't really care about, you always lose them or they break, so you end up buying new ones. If you add up all of them you might have had enough money to buy a really cool pair. That's kind of what I think of other vaporizers vs. the Volcano (hallowed be its name).

pure garbage! I've heard the electric cords can melt on those and cause a fire hazard. There is also no temperature controll on those so you'll probably end up burning your herb.

I've got a vaporgenie, its a good pipe and does the job but personally I prefer the vaporstar and thats what I would recommend.

I also have a volcano and although it is marginally better its not value for money IMO, and its not very portable which is another big drawback in my book.

cannawarrior,
The vaporstar looks really cool. I really love how you can see the vapor. Does the glass get hot at all? Would you say that the glass is fragile? Also, can you fill it with water to cool the vapor so it doesnt dry the throat so much? Do you have any experience using it without the included glassware on another glass pipe or separate from glass?
