I'll second that as another great interview. Just hearing from those who have been through it. cool stuff and that was the perfect format for it as well. (I have to say though DF, you sounded a bit quiet and I suspected the BC crew had successfully smoked you out :p

Chiming in to say that I am really glad you enjoyed the Herby-casts. I saw the gent two days ago now and gave him a CD copy of the 2 shows (plus the last QN and a few others ...) and he gave me a huge joint i smoked at an art gallery on Hastings St (Change creative group are doing some fantastic work and founded by the guy who did the famous graffiti alley here in Vangroovy).

Anyway ... I told him the reaction to the shows has been great! He is new to all this web stuff but is starting to "think about getting online" and (obviously) has a lot of great stories.

As for the sound, i left the interview mix in stereo to create the room ambiance - almost feels like you can grab the joint next time it comes around!

Oh yeah, as for being baked - holy smokes eh - Dopefiend, Uncle Weed and Cousin Herb in a basement *fully wrecked* with the old jedi Herby still rolling strong with the thumb sized doobs. A wonder any of us could speak let along keep a conversation rolling.

Yeah I think you'll notice that the only one doing any talking by the end is Herby himself!

a) he was only rolling Purple Kush: a notoriously narcotic strain

b) his doobies were literally massive and relentless: every time we finished one, he whipped out another

c) Like the great Sinclair, Herby is the kid of guy you just stick a microphone in front of him and let him run!

Great show guys, just wanna say thanks, id love to hear more stories of herbie and his marijuana adventures, sounds like dopefiend and uncle weed had a great time, and his grow room set up sounded amazing i could picture it in my head,

I thought I'd revive this again, I REALLY enjoyed the Herbie interviews! I think it would be awesome to interview other life long stoners to get their stories and experience out there.

We need to catalouge these brave veterans of stone! :) :)
